Q: How does the listing work?

A: Your business will be listed on Where To Stay New Zealand and any relevant Plan-As-You-Go mobile friendly websites according to your category.

Q: What would my listing include?

A: Listings generally include a photo gallery, Google map, link to your website direct booking information, a standard booking enquiry form and relevant search virtual card link on your specified categories.

Q: When will my listing appear on your website?

A: Up to seven working days. Listings are generated by humans and not web bots.

Q: Can I add a third party online booking system on to my listing?

A: Where to Stay New Zealand is associated with and Agoda and these platforms can be integrate into your listing.

Q: How do I update my information?

A: Once you have purchased your listing we create and send you your login details for your user account. You can self manage and change your information on the Plan-As-You-Go platforms but, for any changes on Where to Stay New Zealand you’ll need to contact us and we will make the changes for you. Customers are entitled to three free changes a year. Any changes after the three will be subject to a $20 charge per change. (This is to cover labour costs and to help feed the IT Department with tea & biscuits!)

Q: How can I contact you?

A: The best way to contact us is through our contact page.

Q: How do I make a payment?

A: There are two options for making a payment.

Option 1: Through our secure Pay Pal payment page. All major credit cards accepted. Payments are processed by Pay Pal, but you do not need an account with Pay Pal to complete your transaction.

Option 2: Direct credit (direct bank payment). Send us an email through our contact page and we will send you an invoice for direct payments.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel after 12 months. If you don’t wish to renew your listing please give us a 30 days notice before your listing is due for renewal and your listing will be cancelled.
